All Australian orders over $100 are eligible for Free Standard Shipping.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders the next business day after purchasing. All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Tracking will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones. Shipping time does not include order processing time. The delivery times provided by us are estimates only, services from the postal providers may vary
Returns
To process your return please contact our Customer Care team at shop.rootandremedy@gmail.com and include your order number or confirmation so we can assist you as best as possible.
Items must be returned in their original condition; due to the nature of our products no refund can be made for products that have been used.
If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of returning.
