Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of product damage or defects.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Orders delayed or lost due to postal services or quarantine restrictions.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at shop.rootandremedy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue.

5. Shipping & Quarantine Restrictions

  • We currently ship within Western Australia and select regions of Australia.
  • International & Interstate Shipping: Some locations restrict the import of natural products, including honey-based remedies. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check their state or country’s quarantine laws before ordering.
  • Root & Remedy is not responsible for orders held, delayed, or rejected due to quarantine laws. No refunds will be issued if your order cannot be delivered due to these regulations.

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change.
  • Orders are processed once payment is received.
